How Goality small group personal training works

  • Classes on the hour, however you can show up a 10-15 minutes late and still enjoy the workout.
  • Workouts are trainer designed and based on proven fitness concepts to ensure the best outcomes.
  • No machines. Quality functional fitness tools like dumbbells, stability balls, and steps are used.
  • "Freestyle" workouts which means you can workout at you own pace at each class.
