Class Schedule
Class Start Time - The following times represent the time when a class starts. It is not a problem if you arrive 5 or 10 minutes after the start time.
Monday and Wednesday - 8,9,10am and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 7:30,8:30,9:30,10:30am and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7pm
Friday - 8,9,10am and 1,2,3,4,5,6pm
Saturday - 8:30,9:30,10:30am
Sunday - By appointment

What You Can Expect - Workouts are predesigned and free-style which mean little to no choreography. You can workout at your own pace and fitness level. Each workout is taught by a certifed personal fitness trainer. You can rest assured that you will be safe. |
