FitBody Makeover Camp

A program for someone who want a challenge and is motivated to make a change.  This Makeover Camp provides 12 workouts (Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm) over 6 weeks.  You get unique workouts to tone muscles, slash fat, and improve your cardiovascular conditioning.  A 10 day eating plan challenge is also included.
